Crypto MLM Plan Software

Payouts on-chain, with the same discipline irreversible transactions demand.

MLM compensation software built on token and smart-contract rails instead of fiat payment processors, genealogy and commission logic as usual, but payouts executed as on-chain transactions where a bug can't be reversed by a support ticket. Built alongside our blockchain-development team, and honest about the compliance load a token-based model adds.

Same vetting bar either way, whether we staff the project or fill the seat. See the rubric

Token Payouts

Smart-contract-based commission distribution.

On-Chain Ledger

Every payout a verifiable, auditable transaction.

Off-Chain Engine

Genealogy and commission math computed off-chain for cost and speed.

Compliance-aware

Built with the added regulatory surface of tokens in mind.

What we build

What we build for crypto MLM plans.

The tree structure and commission calculation (binary, unilevel, matrix, or hybrid, whichever plan type is yours) run off-chain for speed and cost, exactly as in a fiat MLM build. What changes is the last step: where the payout settles.

Off-chain calculationAny base plan typeCost efficiencyAudit trail

Commission payouts executed as on-chain token transfers via audited smart contracts, batched where it makes sense for gas efficiency, with every transaction independently verifiable on-chain instead of trusted on our word.

Distributor wallet connections for receiving payouts, plus custody design for the company-side treasury, built with the key-management discipline that holding and distributing real token value requires, not an afterthought bolted onto a web app.

Every payout contract goes through adversarial testing and internal audit before mainnet. For anything moving significant value we recommend an independent third-party audit as a second layer. Irreversible token transfers do not get a second chance to get it right.

012–3 weeksPlan and threat-model mappingWe map your compensation plan's off-chain math and, separately, threat-model the on-chain payout contract, two distinct risk surfaces that need distinct scrutiny.
028–14 weeksEngine and contract buildThe off-chain commission engine and the on-chain payout contracts, built and tested in parallel with full coverage for every state transition.
033–5 weeksAudit and adversarial testingInternal audit and fuzzing on the contracts, reconciliation testing on the engine, and, for significant value, a recommendation for independent third-party contract audit before mainnet.
04OngoingLaunch and monitoringA staged mainnet deployment with on-chain monitoring for anomalous payout activity from day one, plus ongoing support as the plan or token evolves.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

No. If anything it typically adds a layer. Token-based compensation plans can trigger securities and money-transmission questions on top of the standard MLM/pyramid-scheme scrutiny any compensation plan faces. We strongly recommend counsel review the plan and token structure before launch; we're not a substitute for that review.

Running full genealogy and commission calculations on-chain is slow and expensive at any real scale. We compute off-chain for cost and speed, then settle the final payout on-chain, where its correctness actually needs to be independently verifiable.

The off-chain ledger tracks payout status separately from transaction confirmation, so a failed or reverted transaction is caught, logged, and retried or flagged for manual review. It never gets silently marked as paid when it wasn't.

For anything moving significant value, yes. We do rigorous internal audit and testing ourselves and recommend an independent third-party audit as a second layer before mainnet, the same standard we hold for any smart contract work. See our blockchain development page for more on how we approach contract security.

That depends on your plan and the exchange or off-ramp integration you choose. We can wire up fiat off-ramps where that's part of the design, though the off-ramp itself carries its own compliance requirements worth confirming with counsel.

What you're not risking

Every way out of this build is already written down.

You own it, from day one

Code, prompts, models and pipelines: all work-product IP assigns to you by contract from day one, not on final payment.

No vendor lock-in

Nothing is locked to us or to a proprietary platform you can't leave. You get the repository, the documentation, and full access.
