A subscription commerce rebuild designed around retention.
A growth-stage brand wanted a subscribe-and-save program that didn't feel bolted on. We built it natively into their storefront and checkout.

The subscription flow felt bolted on
Their existing subscription app worked, but visibly, a separate checkout flow, a clunky account portal, no way to skip or swap a box without an email to support. Repeat revenue was flat despite steady new-customer growth.
Making subscription native, not an add-on
We rebuilt the subscribe-and-save flow directly into the storefront's own cart and checkout, and built a self-service portal for skip/swap/cancel that didn't require a support ticket, the biggest source of churn-driving friction we found in their support logs.
What shipped
A native subscribe-and-save flow on Shopify, a self-service management portal, and a win-back flow triggered automatically when a subscriber skips twice in a row.
